Orders usually head out from our shop here in Logan, UT and land on your doorstep in about 10 business days.

We want you to love your custom hats. If there’s ever an issue with the stitching or quality (which is rare!), just head over to our Contact Us page—we’ll take care of it right away. You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return… but honestly, we doubt you’ll need to.

Can I update my order?

Your order is sent to our production team as soon as the order is placed and your artwork is perfected to look its best. If you need to change or cancel your order please Contact Us as soon as possible. If your order is marked "fulfilled" or "shipped" it's too late. Your order is on its way and we won't apologize for being efficient.

Where are your products made?

Every hat is designed and stitched with care right here in Logan, Utah. We source our blank products from trusted partners around the world to make sure you get top-tier quality and fit. Have questions? Just Contact Us—we’re always down to help.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There’s no order minimum, so go ahead and order just one if you’d like! 😁 That said, orders under 24 hats include a $25 art setup fee and shipping costs. Bigger orders = better value.
